How do you become a good hip-hop dancer before December, and fast?

My friends are performing a show, and they invited me to help. They couldn’t find anyone else so I agreed, the problem is, I’m a horrible dancer. They’ve agreed to show me the choreography and the steps, and I’m sure I can get those down, but I’m just so stiff and not fluent

Any suggestions on that?
Any any tips with hip-hop?
I need some suggestions/tips, and any information would be helpful.

Cette année j’enseigne les deux danses (les aînés et le corps enseignant) mais mon but est de faire participer tous les aînés même ceux qui don' ; t veulent danser dans au moins une part de l’houblon de hanche.
